fine views but dining variety needs improvement
The overwater bungalow's direct access to the lagoon made for really good snorkeling right outside my door. I woke up to nice sunrises every morning, reflecting off the crystal-clear water. The staff's attention to detail was excellent, with personal greetings. The mountain view was amazing.
The dining options, while delicious, felt repetitive over my five-night stay.

The rooms are well-appointed and have breathtaking view of the mountain. Great to have a sofa bed, an iron, and coffee and tea making facilities. The hotel is on a beautiful location really close to grocery store, beautiful lagoons & Mount Otemanu and a local restaurant.

The overwater bungalow offered fine views and direct access to the lagoon. Waking up to the sun reflecting off the water was nice. Staff greeted me by name throughout my stay, feel personal. Room service was excellent and prompt. The happy hour from 4 to 5 PM on the beach, with 2-for-1 drinks, added a nice touch. I loved the sunset bar's sushi and fried rice-a must-try! Some dining options lacked variety and consistently felt overpriced. For breakfast, the $65 spread offered limited choices that became repetitive. I felt that the overall upkeep of the hotel showed signs of its age, needing attention in certain areas-a bit disappointing given the price. Some loud music invaded peaceful moments by the pool, distracting from the otherwise serene environment. The complimentary golf cart rides were a nice service when navigating to distant areas of the resort.
